Tyler Monger: Next Generation Leader Finalist
Tyler Monger, an employee-owner in HIG’s Northern Kentucky office was named a Next Generation Leader Finalist by the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. The qualifications for being named with this honor are as follows:
“The Next Generation Leader Awards (NGLAs) Celebration is hosted by Northern Kentucky Young Professionals (NKYP) to salute and applaud YPs under the age of 40 for significant professional accomplishments, demonstrated leadership, and community impact. For over 10 years, the NGLAs have celebrated talented young leaders and the continued impact that former NGLA Finalists and Award recipients are making throughout the region.” (Northern KY Chamber of Commerce)
Chad Bilz, VP of HIG Northern KY, shares what it’s like having Tyler on the team: “Tyler is such a great team member. He always has a smile and is always willing to help anyone who needs it. His work ethic is unmatched as he is always one of the first in the office and the last to leave. We are so proud of Tyler and this great honor of being nominated for this award.”
