Why is philanthropic work important to you?

Philanthropic work holds great significance for me as I have been fortunate enough to live a blessed life thus far. My passion lies in supporting and empowering the youth in Middle Tennessee, making a positive impact on their lives.

What do you enjoy most about living in Nashville?

I enjoy the buzz and continuous growth Nashville has to offer. Since moving here, I have built a fantastic group of friends and you can often find me on the golf course, exploring new restaurants, or attending local sporting events. The city’s dynamic atmosphere and diverse experiences make it a wonderful place to call home.

The Nashville Top 30 Under 30 is a highly competitive list. What qualities or accomplishments do you believe led to your nomination?

I attribute my nomination to the Nashville Top 30 Under 30 to my determination, hard work, and persistence. Setting a goal to become more involved in the community, I actively engaged with organizations like Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee (Young Leaders Board) and The Phoenix Club of Nashville (Member). These experiences along with support from family, friends, and colleagues have helped me make a meaningful impact and contribute to my recognition for this competitive list.

What does it mean to you to have the opportunity to raise awareness as well as financial support for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation? Having the opportunity to raise awareness and financial support for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation means a great deal to me. With 105,000 individuals impacted by CF, the foundation’s efforts in developing ways to control and cure the disease are crucial. While they have made great strides, there is still much work to be done, and monetary donations play a vital role in helping them achieve their ultimate goal.

In what ways has your involvement with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation impacted your personal and professional growth?

My involvement with The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has had a profound impact on both my personal and professional life. On a personal level, witnessing the daily challenges faced by CF patients has taught me to appreciate every breath and to slow down in life. Professionally, I have had the privilege of connecting with remarkable individuals who are a similar mindset of giving back to the community.

What future goals or initiatives do you have in mind to continue your contributions to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation beyond this nomination?

Beyond this nomination, I plan to further contribute to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation by getting involved with Tomorrow’s Leaders, which is the foundation’s young professionals group. By becoming a member, I will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, grow both personally and professionally, and continue making a positive impact in the lives of those affected by CF.

What specific challenges do you work toward finding solutions for with your client partners?

Focusing on real estate, I work diligently to find solutions for customers and prospective customers who are experiencing the challenges of the hard commercial insurance property market. My primary goal is to provide tailored solutions and navigate the complexities of the market, ensuring they receive necessary protection while effectively managing costs.

How has Houchens Insurance Group impacted your work and efforts in being an active member of your community?

Houchens Insurance Group has had a significant impact on my work and efforts as an active member of the community. The company’s strong support for volunteer and non-profit work has allowed me and my colleagues to engage actively in giving back. Through quarterly volunteering efforts, we have been able to work with various organizations in Middle Tennessee, contributing to the betterment of our community. Houchens’ commitment to community engagement has inspired and empowered me to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, both personally and professionally.

If others want to support your goals in raising money and awareness for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, how can they do so?
