Houchens Insurance Group has announced the acquisition of two companies, Henneberger and Flynn, a property and casualty group based in Paducah, Kentucky, and LS Benefits Group, an employee benefits group based in Dayton, Ohio. The acquisition will come into effect from October 1, 2023.
The acquisition of Henneberger and Flynn and LS Benefits Group will further strengthen Houchens Insurance Group’s position in the market and expand their footprint in the US.
