Bowling Green, KY (October 1, 2024) – Houchens Insurance Group (HIG) acquires Southern Coast Insurance.
Houchens Insurance Group has announced the acquisition of Southern Cost Insurance, located in Santa Rosa, FL. The acquisition will come into effect on October 1, 2024.
The acquisition of Southern Coast Insurance will further strengthen Houchens Insurance Group’s position in the market and expand their footprint in the US, specifically enabling expanded access in the state of Florida.
